3. What are the software that we can rent?You can rent software such as Windows XP, Office 2007 and Vista along with our computers. You can rent Windows and SQL Software licenses along with our server hardware. We have a whole spectrum of Microsoft Software that can be provided on lease. Please call our personnel for your requirement.
4. Is there a minimum period for which I have to take Microsoft Software on lease?Yes, we need at least a minimum commitment of one month for the Microsoft Software to provide on lease. However for more options, you can reach us to discuss further.
Terms and Conditions (for client contract)1. The software is provided to the client on lease and client does not have any right on the leased software provided by Jai Infotech.
2. Once the contract period elapses between Jai Infotech and the client, the client gives an undertaking in his letterhead stating that all software licenses provided by Jai Infotech has been returned/uninstalled and none of the license is being used at the client end after contract period.
3. The client undertakes to pay for the software as well as hardware on agreed commercials during the contract period.
4. Jai Infotech has right to remove/uninstall the hardware/software if there is a breach in any of the above said terms and conditions.
